Kickstart your career with SERO Institute’s entry-level, accelerated Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing. Join a course, designed for excited individuals, like yourself, who have a passion to provide genuine person-centred support to the elderly who may require additional assistance. Become an integral and highly valued asset to the aged care industry, all while making yourself a highly employable care worker with this nationally recognised training.
The course is delivered over a period of 10 weeks (this course includes no holidays) The training is broken up into 7 weeks of face to face training and 3 weeks of work placement which includes 120 hours of work experience with a service provider. On your behalf, SERO institute organizes this placement for you to save you hours of hassle!
During your work-based training, you will be able to practice your newly learnt skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. This will assist you in your goal of applying for a job after finishing the qualification
